Contribution Of Mahatma Gandhi In Independence Of India



Mohan Das Karamchand Ghandhi was the person who fight with Britishers for the Independence of India with the help of his truth and will power, In his fight with Britishers he did not use any kind of weapon, he believe that nothing is more powerful than truth or will power.
During his life he became the part of lots of movements but we are going to tell about only 5 major movements of Mahatma Gandhi which help India to get independence.

1. Champaran and Kheda Satyagraha Movements
"The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong"
"Be the change that you wish to see in the world "
 2.  Khilafat Movement (1919)
“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” “An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind.” 
 3. Non-cooperation Movement (1921)
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” 
4. Salt Satyagraha Movement - Dandi march (1930)
“First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win.”
5.  Quit India Movement (1942)
“I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.”
